Equipment

A pair of socks needs to pass the working procedures including knitting, stitching, dying, shaping and packing. To effectively control the product quality, our company has purchased full set of manufacturing equipment and has thus got the complete socks manufacturing capacity.

The company has over 500 units/sets of various professional and special knitting machines including the most advanced 509, 504 and 537 machines produced by the Italian company Lonati which can manufacture various jacquard silk stockings, pantistockings with different thickness, extra-thick 100% cotton pantistockings and nine-cent trousers, and the Italian single cylinder (200 needles, 144 needles and 108 needles) that can manufacture various sport stockings, various men’s socks, children socks and terry-loop hosieries and different kinds of double cylinder cotton socks and knitted under wear.
